Perichoresis is a non-governmental organization based in Katerini, Greece. Perichoreza operates under the auspices of the Greek Evangelical Church, is supervised by a Board of Directors in full compliance with the regulations governing non-governmental organizations, and its aim is to provide assistance to those fleeing conflict, with priority given to vulnerable social groups in northern Greece.
Since March 2016, when thousands of refugees were stranded in Idomeni, we started relocating refugees to apartments/houses in Katerini. In total, we have served over 1,500 refugees and currently manage 110 apartments in the city of Katerini, which can accommodate 540 refugees, meeting their practical and psychosocial needs. We offer help to all refugees regardless of origin, nationality and religion.
