
What does taking care of our health give us?
Health is one of the greatest values in life. A slim body, well-being or energy are things that you can only have if you take care of your health in the first place – and the factor that shapes them is well thought-out, individually selected.
The essence of an individually selected diet:
Individual adjustment is an extremely important matter when it comes to diet. After all, what’s good for me may not be good for you! This applies not only to individual food products, but also to calorific value, which depends on such personal issues as: age, body weight (starting and target!), gender or lifestyle.
We conducted interviews
We interviewed people in Greece about healthy lifestyle, physical activity and nutrition.
The questions they answered:
- How they spend their free time, whether they go to the gym or run often, what they do to improve their physical and mental condition
- Is there a good sports infrastructure in the area of Katerini
- How they eat, what they eat for breakfast, whether they eat a lot of fast food
Their answers:
- You can jog in a nearby park or on the beach, go to the gym, play basketball and volleyball on the available courts
- Yes, we have pitches, playing courts (eg basketball, volleyball)
- Rice, eggs, toast, fruits, vegetables and traditional sandwiches. Sometimes fast food will eat.
